Tenancy requirements
- Minimum stay of 3 months are welcome providing the usual tenancy terms are met and agreed to by Management.
- Accommodation is to be inspected before completing an application.
- All persons who will occupy the accommodation are to complete an application form.
- Photo ID is required for each applicant.
- A bond of 4 weeks rent will be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority.
- Payment of the first two weeks’ rent is required in advance.
- Electricity and gas are metered separately and are not included in the weekly rent.
